Logo Guts Terms and ConditionsAt Logo Guts, we have created our terms and conditions in such a manner that you won't find it complicated to understand. Agreeing to our terms and conditions will help us in providing with the security that we have pledged for. It is advised to read terms and conditions properly carefully as to avoid confusion in future.
Logo Guts reserves the right to amend, update and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time with notice via email or other means. You are responsible for regularly viewing these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that Logo Guts will not be responsible to you or to any third party for any modification, amendment, suspension, discontinuance or other change to these Terms and Conditions.
Project Delivery and DeadlineLogo Guts standard delivery time for first drafts and revisions is two to five business days. Your Initial samples will be delivered as per your package description.
Logo Guts is not liable for not meeting client imposed deadlines that have not been pre-approved by both parties in writing. LDM is not responsible for any delays that occur in meeting deadlines that result in client/customer providing incomplete, partial information/content or for clients providing late/ delayed feedback or response.
We will provide you all the vector and raster versions of logo, web and print ready (AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, PNG, GIFF, TIFF, GRAYSCALE).
Logo Guts Refund PolicyWe offer 100% satisfaction and unlimited free Revision.
In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, failing to fulfill any of your special designing requirements or not able to complete your design order as per the delivery policy, your complete design order amount will be refunded
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:If request for refund is made before the order delivery, you would be eligible for Full Refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
If request for refund is made within 48 hours, you would be eligible for 70% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
If request for refund is made within 48 hours, you would be eligible for 60% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
If request for refund is made between 48- 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible 40% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to refund after delivery of the logo final files.
